The same unit posted in five groups becomes one listing. We match the building, size and price, and leave out the names and phone numbers in posts.
We look for the original post again, agents tap “Still available” in their dashboard, and anyone can report a listing as gone.
Not seen or confirmed for 30 days and the listing comes down. Zone prices use checked listings only, so stale posts don't skew them.
What “checked” means: on a Facebook listing, the post was seen online, which doesn't prove the home is still free. On an agent listing, the agent confirmed it.
